CO-FOUNDER

My journey began with a profound love for live entertainment, which inspired me to pursue an education in economics and accounting while working full-time in college athletics at the University of Denver. Graduating with distinction, I transitioned seamlessly from academic success to a dynamic career in the ticketing industry.

With over 25 years of experience, I have cultivated extensive knowledge and expertise in both concert and sports ticketing. My career has been defined by strategic roles and accomplishments that have revolutionized how fans engage with live events.

From working with an original six NHL team, the Boston Bruins, to overseeing multiple teams and venues with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, I have managed some of the industry's most prominent and diverse portfolios.

I am recognized for my visionary approach to ticketing operations, utilizing technology and data analytics to enhance the fan experience. From managing ticket sales for sold-out arena and stadium concerts featuring top-charting artists to ensuring seamless operations for collegiate and professional sports events, my adaptability and in-depth audience insights have made me an invaluable asset in live entertainment.

My journey in sports began as a multi-sport athlete, driven by a deep love for the game and a curiosity about the inner workings of the sports industry. Throughout my youth, I explored various aspects of how leagues operate, igniting a lifelong passion for understanding sports at every level.

My professional career in sports and entertainment took off during my junior year of college when I accepted a full-time position with the University of New Hampshire. While completing my degree, I managed ticket operations for multiple Division I collegiate sports, laying the foundation for my career.

With over 17 years of experience, I have honed extensive expertise in sports and live event ticketing. My career highlights include working with the Boston Bruins and TD Garden, an original six NHL franchise, and overseeing operations for four professional sports teams and multiple venues with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. These roles have cemented my commitment to operational excellence and delivering exceptional experiences to fans and stakeholders.

My areas of expertise include Ticketmaster systems, product administration, technical integrations, financial reconciliation, and data management. My leadership and technical skills have been pivotal in managing high-profile events and optimizing ticketing operations. Known for my innovative approach, I excel in developing creative strategies to tackle complex challenges, drive operational efficiency, and enhance the fan experience.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I am a devoted family man and sports enthusiast with a growing focus on the future of women’s sports. As a father of two daughters, I am committed to supporting the growth of the game and creating opportunities for the next generation.

Specializing in finance, process efficiencies, technology implementation, event builds, and professional development, I bring a comprehensive approach to optimizing operations and enhancing the customer experience.

A proven leader in ticketing and financial processes, I thrive on developing innovative solutions that streamline operations and drive results. From creating seamless event builds to implementing the latest industry technology systems, I have showcased a commitment to improving processes ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every level.

Working in the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, allowed me to oversee one of the industry’s most diverse portfolio of ticketed events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
